We develop habits over time that affect our health. Planting new roots or creating new habits is the start of the healing process to get to optimal health. When we can get our focus off of ourselves once we start feeling better, we can turn our eyes and ears to the Lord and become more aware of what our purpose is for the Kingdom of God.
I pray that from His glorious resources He will empower you with inner strength through His Spirit. Then Christ will make His home in your hearts as you trust in Him. Your roots will grow down into God's love and keep you strong.
